On Monday, March 5th at approximately 12:30pm I attempted to drop off a Medicare application at the Social Security office in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The guard on duty handed me an envelop and then screamed at me to give it back to her.
I complied and then was told to repeat after her "Please may I have an Envelop". At this point I was very embarrassed over being screamed at and then told to beg.
I told the security officer to keep the envelop and left without having delivered my application. I am now in the undergoing medical treatment and do not expect to be able to apply for Medicare by the end of the current open enrollment period on March 30th.
