I received a call from a rep from the overpayment center in Richmond Ca who was responding to some voicemails I had left over 6 MONTHS AGO! I had requested the form to change my automatic payment because my card had expired.

I finally found a way to get that form and then sent it back in. This was all back in April and it is now September. She said they were backed up and it hadn't processed yet and I said that was not my fault. She kept talking over me and when I tried to tell her it never took this long to process any other changes, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

This is a $35,000 bill for only 9 months of disability checks I got while going through a hearing.

That would be $700 a month for 9 months but it goes up and up. I make a $10 payment is all because my income is very low.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
